Coverage is a compliance and policy management platform built for aged care providers. It helps you track your conformance against the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, store and organise evidence, and generate audit-ready reports. After logging in for the first time, you'll see your dashboard with an overview of your organisation's services and their current compliance status. Start by confirming your organisation details and services are correct under Settings, then work through each Standard to begin recording your conformance ratings and uploading evidence.

With the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards taking effect on 1 November 2025, we've updated Coverage to fully support the new framework from day one.
What's changed in Coverage
The platform now reflects the seven Strengthened Standards, including the dedicated Standards for Clinical Care (Standard 5) and Food and Nutrition (Standard 6). All outcomes and actions within each Standard have been updated to match the final version published in the Aged Care Rules 2025.
Conformance tracking now aligns with the new outcome structure. Each outcome includes the specific actions providers can take to demonstrate conformance, giving your team a clear picture of what's expected and where your evidence needs to be strongest.
Audit packages and reporting
Reports and audit packages generated through Coverage are now structured around the seven Standards. This means the documents you share with your board, governing body, or the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission will match the format auditors are working with.
No migration required
If you were already using Coverage, your workspace has been automatically updated. Your existing evidence and documentation have been carried forward and re-mapped to the new Standards where applicable. We recommend reviewing your conformance ratings and evidence links to make sure everything is current under the new structure.
If you're new to Coverage, the platform is ready to go with the strengthened Standards built in from the start.
