Evidence is any document, file, or record that supports your conformance against a Standard. This might include policies, procedures, meeting minutes, training records, photos, or audit findings. To upload evidence, navigate to the relevant Standard or outcome and use the upload function to attach your file. Once uploaded, the evidence is linked to that Standard and will be included when you generate reports or audit packages. You can also upload evidence to your library first and link it to Standards later.
