To add a new team member, go to your organisation settings and select the Users section. From there you can invite people by email address and assign them a role. Roles determine what each person can view and edit within Coverage — for example, whether they can update ratings, upload evidence, or generate reports. You can remove or change a user's role at any time. We recommend only giving edit access to staff who are directly responsible for maintaining compliance records.
